1:1 sessions offer personalised support tailored to where you are—physically, emotionally, or energetically. Whether you're navigating a transition, looking to deepen your practice, or simply want time and space that's wholly yours, these sessions create space for focused, attuned care.
Coaching and Breath with Sam
Sam offers 1:1 sessions to support you to reconnect with your inner compass through a blend of guided breath and somatic coaching. We begin by tuning into what’s present, then follow the breath to access insight, clarity, and release. The breath becomes a bridge between body and mind, helping you meet yourself with honesty and compassion. Especially suitable for moments of transition, emotional processing, or deep self-reflection.
Sam weaves together breath, coaching, and embodied practice to support meaningful transformation. She holds a Masters in Cross-Cultural Psychology, an International Practitioners Of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) Breathwork Certification, and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaching Accreditation, amongst others. With over a decade in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development, she’s seen how lasting change begins within.

Yoga and Holistic Therapy with Nicole
Nicole offers 1:1 sessions tailored to support your unique journey—whether you're new to yoga and want to build confidence before joining a class, recovering from injury and needing adaptive practices, or seeking deeper emotional support through holistic therapy. Drawing on movement, breath, somatic tools, and counselling, sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your body, restore balance, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and compassion. A short series of sessions is often recommended to allow time for integration and lasting change.
